We welcome back Paris based producer Elgone to DJ 19's PARK LIMITED MUZIK, serving up an awesome 3 track EP entitled 'The French Connection' of delectable tech house music.

'Normandy' where is his birthplace, opens the EP with pulsing bass, erratic arp lines and beautiful atmospheres. 'Agon' comes from Agon-Coutainville where is a commune in the Manche department in the Normandy region in northwestern France, leans on more EBM roots with an intimidating rave based hook. 'Always Wonder' closes out the release as another side of  'Normandy' with female voices. One for the late night floors.

PARK LIMITED MUZIKに於いては、SOTA S.とのコラボレーション・トラックである「From Tokyo To Paris」に続くELGONEの3曲入りEP「The French Connection」が到着。映画の『フレンチ・コネクション』とは無関係だが、このタイトルは、現在パリをベースに活躍しながらも、自身の出生地をテーマにした「Normandy」に、ノルマンディー地域圏のアゴン＝クタンヴィルに由来する「Agon」、そして女性ヴォイスを追加した「Normandy」の別ヴァージョン的扱いの「Always Wonder」を収録していることに起因する。テック・ハウスを機軸にしながらも、アトモスフェリックな質感やレイヴの影響も内包。
