G-DAY
FREE YOUR MIND EP
1.FREE YOUR MIND(ORIGINAL MIX)
2.FLOATING(ORIGINAL MIX)
RELEASE DATE : Feb. 8th, 2016(beatport) / Mar. 7th, 2016(other)

For our first release of 2016 we begin with dub techno EP from G-Day. The Russian owner of the LIBERTY RHYTHM and SEESAW RECORDS has already appeared across our labels using the monikers The Time'Machine, DEDA and of course G-Day. 'Free Your Mind EP' is follow up to 'The Battle Of Dub EP'.

'Free Your Mind' is a stripped down deep techno track with deep stab, tech synths and a fx. And he opts for a more atmospheric and ethereal approach to deliver 'Floating'.

We appreciate you taking the time to listen to this EP, and we hope that you enjoy the works from PARK LIMITED MUZIK.

 PARK LIMITED MUZIK常連であるロシアのG-DAYが、2016年度最初のリリースを「Free Your Mind EP」で飾る。 G-DAYは、自身でもLIBERTY RHYTHMとSEESAW RECORDSを運営し、これまでに19BOX RECORDINGSではニュー・ディスコなTHE TIME'MACHINE名義、PARK LIMITED MUZIKではテックハウスなDEDA名義でもリリースをしている。

RELEASE DATE : Feb. 24th, 2016

The collaboration in between DJ 19 and Hideout known as Hot Station has finally dropped their second album! It has been a long and arduous four years since the release of their first album, "Muzik 4 The Boyz".  Since then, they have largely released cover tracks in the lead up to their much anticipated follow up. Those covers such as, Rodney Franklin's 'The Groove', Stock Aitken Waterman's 'Roadblock', and Modjo's 'Lady (Hear Me Tonight)'. "Hot 4 U" are all included here. In addition, original tracks such as 'Synopsis' and 'Plastic Elastic Body' and brand new mixes of  'The Groove' and 'Plastic Elastic Body' make up part of the tracklisting.

The idea behind "Hot 4 U" isn't about the latest hot music. Instead, it's about drawing from the vast and many influences both DJ 19 and Hideout have gathered throughout their long music careers. The sound of Hot Station is what they call "Electro Hip Funk". You can hear the playful sounds in their track 'Number' that features on their debut 'Sakura-No-Hanabira'.

Since they're frequently collaborating, the Hot Station name came from the combination of DJ 19's 'Trancentral Station' alias with that of Hideout's 'Hot*Dog' moniker.

HOT STATION
PLASTIC ELASTIC BODY
1.ORIGINAL MIX
2.GENUINE FAKES FABULOUS REMIX
3.TONY KOSA REMIX
RELEASE DATE : Jan. 25th, 2016(beatport) / Feb. 22nd, 2016(other)

19BOX RECORDINGS resident Hot Station packs a punch with 'Plastic Elastic Body'. In keeping with tradition, the lads have brewed up another 80s-laden affair with just the right tinge of nu-disco leanings. The collaboration in between DJ 19 and Hideout known as Hot Station should be familiar to long-time fans of our label. The boys have continued their long running output with 'Plastic Elastic Body' as the follow-up single from their forthcoming second album, after previously releasing a cover of Modjo's 'Lady (Hear Me Tonight)'.

As always, remixes come courtesy of several fantastic artists.  First up is the sexy ass remix by Sota S.'s lounge project Genuine Fakes that turns this into a disco house affair with a female vocal lead. Tony Kosa keeps the disco vibes, throws in a groovy bassline, and goes for a more Ibizan Balaeric house vibe that would fit right beside Sueño Latino's 'Sueño Latino'.

These tracks are well suited for clubs, lounges and cafés alike. We hope you enjoy this release as much as we do here at 19BOX Headquarters!

DJ 19
WORK THAT BODY
1.ORIGINAL MIX
2.TAMANDUA TWIST REMIX
3.SOTA S. REMIX
RELEASE DATE : Dec. 21st, 2015(beatport) / Jan. 18th, 2016(other)

DJ 19 is back again on 19BOX RECORDINGS for yet another killer original production and remix package. This time around, 19BOX label head honcho has delivered 'Work That Body', which is a pounding and tough tech-house workout that's outfitted with his trademark Phuturefunk style. Taking elements of Chicago house of days past, the piano and vocal samples drive the track home and go straight for the jugular whilst remaining new and fresh.

Included in the package are dope remixes by Tamandua Twist and Sota S.. Tamandua Twist hails from Israel and has already made an appearance on the label through his remixes of Bryan Cox & DJ 19's 'Impossible' and Hot Station's 'Lady (Hear Me Tonight) '.  He's taken the original and taken a dive right into the deep end of house, adding some straight up acid action that is exclusive to his remix. Last, but not least, Tokyo-based Sota  S. (AKA Genuine Fakes) goes in exactly the opposite direction of the other remix. Instead of going deep, he takes a jackhammer to the rhythm and adds a hard house groove with techy elements that's sure to drill home his point!

It's time to throw some shapes and work that body while on the dancefloor!

"Hokkaido Snow Lounge" is the third installment of 19BOX RECORDINGS' lounge series that focuses on geographical places in Japan. The first in the series was "Kyoto Sakura Lounge", the second was "Tokyo Night Lounge". We continue that tradition with "Hokkaido Snow Lounge".  Hokkaido is the second largest, northernmost and least developed of Japan's four main islands. Its weather is harsh in the winter months with lots of snowfall, below zero temperatures and frozen seas. During the summer it does not get as hot and humid as in the other parts of the country. It's very famous to residents of Asia as a popular destination for skiing. We have compiled this compilation to faithfully soundtrack the geography that surrounds the island of Hokkaido.

We have also upheld the tradition of including several unreleased tracks with these compilations. The first track is new mix of DJ 19's 'Did I Fall Asleep?'. The second is by long time 19BOX collaborators Hot Station's (DJ 19 + Hideout) 'Moments In' which is from their forthcoming sophomore album. Last, but certainly not least is an unreleased version of Valid Evidence's (DJ 19 + Yu-Ta) 'In The Air' remixed by up and coming producers AutoCharm.

Grab a cup of your favourite warm beverage and take in the beautiful sounds and scenery of Japan's famous 'winter island', Hokkaido!

まず、DJ 19の「Did I Fall Asleep?」 HOT STATION(DJ 19 + HIDEOUT)は、2ndアルバムから先行して「Moments In」を提供。VALID EVIDENCE(DJ 19 + YU-TA)の「In The Air」は、AUTOCHARMによるシングルとは異なるミックスを収録。

BALEACRIC EP
1.EUGINA(YURIY FROM RUSSIA REMIX)
2.EUGINA(ORIGINAL MIX)
3.IN THE AIR(AUTOCHARM REMIX)
4.IN THE AIR(ORIGINAL MIX)
RELEASE DATE : Dec. 7th, 2015(beatport) / Jan. 4th, 2016(other)

We welcome back Valid Evidence aka DJ 19 & Yu-Ta to 19BOX RECORDINGS. The Balearic outfit from Japan have delivered two tracks that appeal to 1990s music fans, after releasing their cover version of the Vangelis-penned 'Love Theme' from the movie "Blade Runner". For those of you who are familiar with 1990s progressive house, 'Eugina' is an epic Salt Tank track that was a dance hit in '96.  Valid Evidence have covered it in a similar vein to Chicane, where they use their trade marked piano sound to powerful effect. 'In The Air' uses lyrical and sweeping pad sounds that tie into the early 90s Balaeric vibe of Ibiza and tracks like 'Floatation' by The Grid. As a result of this influence from the past and their continued effort toward the art of chilling, the EP has been aptly titled 'Balearic EP'.

Yuriy From Russia and AutoCharm have been hired on to attend to remix duties. Yuriy is a good friend of the label who has remixed Genuine Fakes' 'This Way I Like It' on 19BOX. He's also been staying busy releasing proggy tracks and remixes on labels such as BAROQUE, BONZAI, BALKAN CONNECTIONS, and SYSTEM RECORDINGS - just to name a few. AutoCharm from Glasgow, Scotland are the men of the moment for 19BOX. Together they've remixed Paul2Paul's 'Everything Is Down', DJ Motive's 'Find A Way' and P2H19's 'XTC'. Each remix have their own merits that we're sure you will appreciate!

GENUINE FAKES
DAYBREAK EP
1.B4 THE DAYBREAK(EDDIE CUESTA REMIX)
2.B4 THE DAYBREAK(ORIGINAL MIX)
3.SHADOW(ORIGINAL MIX)
4.WE HAVE TO HOLD ON(ORIGINAL MIX)
RELEASE DATE : Nov. 16th, 2015(beatport) / Dec. 14th, 2015(other)

One of our most dedicated 19BOX artists, Genuine Fakes AKA Sota S., graces us with his presence once again with three loungey tracks. Along with his original work, he remixed artists such as DJ 19, Oscar Gs & Albert Ballart and Tony Kosa recently. 'B4 The Daybreak' delivers a smooth female vocals mixed together with Asian elements. 'Shadow' takes a cue from Japanese pop, using emotional vocals to great effect while backed by a nice and simple tribal groove. 'We Have To Hold On' is a little bit different from other tracks, insomuch that it takes influences from the B-52's and the big beat sound that was popular with Fatboy Slim in the late 1990s. This is a new direction for Genuine Fakes.  He's been actively seeking different types of genres of music to combine with his well-known downtempo sound.

As always, we've got you primed for the dancefloor from raising star Eddie Cuesta from New York City. As a result of his Dominican roots, he was influenced by hip-hop, house, Latin, reggae, freestyle and reggeaton during the 1990s. That soon evolved into a love for house music from NYC-based DJ/producers like David Morales, Danny Tenaglia, Erick Morillo, Armand Van Heldan and so on. His style is deeply based on the NYC tribal sound, which in turn has seen him release tracks on labels such as STEREO PRODUCTIONS, IBERICAN ENCODINGS, NERVOUS RECORDS, JUNGLE FUNK and many more.

前作「This Way Like I Like It」以降、リミキサーとしてDJ 19、OSCAR GS & ALBERT BALLART、TONY KOSAを手掛けるなど多忙なGENUINE FAKES(SOTA S.のラウンジ/チルアウト系プロジェクト)が、約1年振りとなるシングル「Daybreak EP」をドロップ。 さらにポップス寄りなエモーショナル・チューン「Shadow」、B-52’s的異色サウンドの「We Have To Hold On」を収録。
