19BOX(JUKEBOX) RECORDINGS drop Volume 13 of the 'Dueling Weapons' series that brings unreleased remixes to rock the dance floor. On the 13th installment, we welcome a global roster consisting of Dan Sonic & Serge Gee.
The EP kicks off with a remix for DJ 19's 'Never Say', which is our memorable 200th release. Every time Dan Sonic's on remix duties we always have to expect something different, something unique, something that nobody else is currently producing. He reshapes the original elements into deep driving and more disco spacious sounding.
Next up we welcome back label regular Serge Gee, who needs no introduction. He manages Elgone's 'Resilience', which was originally released on PARK LIMITED MUZIK as a part of 'Demonstrate Resilience', and takes the energy capacities up a level with bumping rhythm and lucid house elements. 'Dueling Weapons Vol.13' is a prefect EP for moving that crowd into the next phase of your set.
秘密兵器として機能するフロア向け未発表リミックス・シリーズの「Dueling Weapons Vol.13」は、19BOX(JUKEBOX) RECORDINGSの記念すべき200番となったタイトルで、レーベル・オーナであるDJ 19が手掛けた「Never Say」と、ELGONEが姉妹レーベルであるPARK LIMITED MUZIKに於いてリリースした「Demonstrate Resilience」から「Resilience」をピックアップ。前者は、スイスのDAN SONICがディスコな部分を強調しつつ、ベースが主導するプロッギーなリミックスに。後者は、メキシコのSERGE GEEがリズムを強化し、ハウスな要素を加味してフロア受けするリミックスへと変換。
