PARK LIMITED MUZIK is proud to bring you the fourth installment of 'Parklife' - our in-house compilation series that focuses on bringing unreleased mixes and tracks to the world. 'Parklife Vol.4' is jam packed with secret weapons from Tokyo, Japan and included exclusive remixes by artists such as Mitsuo Nakazato and Sota S. AKA Genuine Fakes.
First up to the plate is Sota S. and label boss DJ 19's first collaboration '3 9 50 Much', which was released in 2020, and gets brought bang up to date with a 2023 remix from Mitsuo Nakazato. Here he follows up his 'Particle Trax' EP. He flipped it into an atmospheric, three-dimensional sensation with deep, compelling and acutely hypnotic beats.
Next up we have Mitsuo Nakazato's 'Particle'. Sota S. takes the energy levels up a notch, and created a rework with a thumping bassline and cheeky sound. He does this out of a love of what he did in the late 90s with a modern twist. There's no doubt that it will be anthem at his own <Torture Garden Japan>. Enjoy Parklife!
PARK LIMITED MUZIKの「Parklife」シリーズが1年8ヶ月振りに登場。第4弾の傍題はメイド・イン・ジャパン。まず、2020年にリリースされたSOTA S.とDJ 19・・・互い違いにリミキサーや変名で名を連ねることはあれど、シングルに於いて連名でリリースした過去がなかった初コラボ「3 9 50 Much」を、「Particle Trax」でPARK LIMITED MUZIKの仲間入りを果たしたMITSUO NAKAZATOが初リミックス。立体的な音像にてディープながらフロア映えする形に。また、そのMITSUO NAKAZATOの「Particle」を、SOTA S.が自身の<TORTURE GARDEN JAPAN>に適した90年代後半のハードハウスを意識し、互いにオリジナルとは真逆のアプローチを。
